For those not from Kamloops, Journey Industries has been operating out of the exact same location since the business opened in 1996. Back then boats were not the focus, but being Kamloops Kelly got enough requests that he decided to design and build a punt “in between” jobs. Very few were built but Ted was the lucky recipient of the first “OG” Journey and has had, and used it, every year since … for 27 years now! 😮 😎 If you ever wondered how the Journey boat might hold up, well, just ask Ted … you can find him yearly on our local stillwaters sporting his new “Journey #1” decal! 🙂
